C-001: Subdivision
This is an application by Gerald Farwell on behalf of Jane E. Provins Revocable Trust of 1999 to subdivide Lot C-001 (35.143 acres) into three lots. C-001will retain 25.143 acres and C-001-1 and C-001-2 will each be 5 acres inclusive of wetlands. These lots are in the Residential - Agricultural district and partially within the Aquifer Protection Overlay District.
